Any records kept are purely for the purpose of coaching and/or consulting services and information will never be sold or given to third parties. We vow to maintain, store and dispose of any records, including electronic files and communications, created during our professional interactions in a manner that promotes confidentiality, security and privacy, and complies with any applicable laws and agreements.  

All professional interactions are kept confidential except in instances required by law (e.g., illegal activity, pursuant to valid court order or subpoena; imminent of likely risk of danger to self or others; etc.). Should Instinct Coaching reasonably believe one of the above circumstances is applicable, the appropriate authorities may be informed.

Instinct Coaching does not sell or distribute any personal information of Individuals who sign up for our newsletters or digital correspondence.
